We handle the entire patient pre-qualification process before the consultation, helping ensure every patient arrives informed, prepared, and financially qualified for treatment.

When a new lead comes in, our team personally contacts each patient to gather important information about their dental needs. Whether they are looking for full-mouth extractions with an All-on-X procedure, implant-supported dentures, or a single tooth implant, we take the time to understand their goals and concerns.

By the time the patient arrives for their consultation, they:

Have already completed financing pre-qualification when needed

Feel informed, confident, and prepared for their visit

During the call, we walk patients through the procedure process step-by-step so they know exactly what to expect. We explain treatment timelines, recovery expectations, and the overall experience to help patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward.

We also discuss pricing early in the process to provide full transparency. Through this conversation, we determine whether financing will be needed. If a patient may require financing or mentions credit concerns, we assist them with applying for financing prior to their consultation appointment. This helps ensure patients know their available options before meeting with the doctor.
